The Subject Of This Order Is The Preparation Of Technical Documentation In The Form Of A Functional And Utility Program (Hereinafter Referred To As Pfu), Which Is The Basis For The Development Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation As Well As Construction Works In The Design And Build Convention, For The Task Of Thermal Modernization Of The Building Of The Faculty Of Construction And Environmental Engineering At Al. Piastów 50A In Szczecin As Part Of The Project: Energy Modernization Of Historic Buildings Of The West Pomeranian University Of Technology In Szczecin No. Fenx.01.01-Iw.01-0040/24.2. Conservation Recommendations, Energy Audit Reports And The Energy Performance Certificate Of The Building Of The Faculty Of Construction And Environmental Engineering, The Type And Scope Of The Work To Be Performed Constituting The Subject Of This Order, The Types Of Documents Required To Be Prepared And Issued To The Ordering Party, Are Specified In: 1) Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order - All Packed Together With Annexes 2A-2G In A Zip File (Unpacking Is Possible, In Particular, Using The Generally Available And Free 7 Zip Archive Program);2) Annex No. 2A To Swz - Energy Audit Of The Building, Prepared In April 2024 (Updated In January 2026);3) Annex No. 2B To Swz - Building Energy Performance Certificate;4) Annex No. 2C To Swz - Ex-Ante Audit;5) Annex No. 2D To Swz - Conservation Recommendations For Thermal Modernization Works;6) Annex No. 2E To The Swz - Opinion On The Dismantling Of The Historic Mast;7) Annex No. 2F To The Swz - Expert Opinion On The Buildings Facade;8) Annex No. 2G To The Swz - (Dnsh Rules);9) Annex No. 6 To The Swz - Contract Template.3. The Contractors Obligations Related To The Performance Of The Subject Of This Order Also Include Additional Benefits Such As: 1) Providing The Ordering Party With The Results Of The Work Performed Under This Agreement And Enabling The Ordering Party To Use Them, In Particular By Transferring To The Ordering Party The Economic Copyrights To The Results Of Work Which Constitute A Work Within The Meaning Of The Act Of February 4, 1994 On Copyright And Related Rights And Transferring To The Ordering Party The Ownership Of The Copies (Media) On Which They Will Be Published; 2) Providing The Ordering Party With Substantive Support At The Stage Of Conducting The Procedure/Proceedings For The Award Of Public Procurement For Construction Works In The Design-Build Formula.3) Removing Defects And Performing Other Services Under The Contractors Liability Under The Warranty.4.
