The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery To The Ordering Partys Headquarters Of 1 Piece Of A Brand New Off-Road Pickup Truck. The Car Is Brand New, Manufactured No Earlier Than In 2025, Factory Assembly And Equipment Of The Car Intended For European Countries And Right-Hand Traffic. The Car Must Meet The Requirements Applicable In Poland Resulting From The Act Of June 20, 1997 - Road Traffic Law And The Implementing Regulations To This Act. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Set Of Documents Required To Register The Car In Poland. The Car Must Be Approved Taking Into Account The Currently Applicable Exhaust And Noise Emission Levels. The Offered Car Must Come From The Manufacturers Official Authorized Distribution Channel In Poland And Have A Minimum 24-Month Manufacturers Warranty On The Engine And Mechanical Components.
