The Ordering Party Orders And The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Constituting Annex No. 1 To This Contract, And In Particular: A) Dismantling And Modernization Of 15 Devices For Collecting And Settling Parking Fees Located In The Paid Parking Zone (Spp) Within The Meaning Of § 1 Of Resolution No. Xiii/162/2019 Of The Tarnów City Council Of 11 July 2019 (Journal Of Laws Of The Małop Province 2019.5627, As Amended) And Their Reassembly After The Modernization, And For The Duration Of Any Modernization, Replacement Devices Will Be Provided, Which Will Be Mounted On The Existing Foundations; B) Delivery And Installation In Designated Places In The Spp Area - 8 Pieces Of Identical, Brand New (Year Of Production 2026) Devices For Collecting And Settling Fees Parking Lots;C) Delivery Of 6 Additional Cassettes For The Coin Collection;D) Delivery Of Spare Parts, I.E. An Additional 1 Set. Coin Track With A Frame.
