The Supply Of Materials Under The Order Includes The Following Materials For The Ongoing Maintenance Of Municipal Roads: 1) Sand With Slag (Road Mix) 2) Speedway The Material Being The Subject Of The Delivery Is Provided By The Contractor. The Expected Quantity To Be Used To Calculate The Unit Price Of 1 T Of Material: 1) Sand With Slag - 1,810.00 T; 2) Slag - 940.00 T. The Estimated Order Quantity To Be Used To Calculate The Unit Price Is: 1,810.00 T Of Sand With Slag And 940.00 T Of Slag. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Order Quantity And Order 80% Of The Estimated Quantity. A Change In The Order Size In The Event Of A Reduction In The Quantity Of Material Cannot Be The Basis For Any Claims From The Contractor. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Exercise The Option And Increase The Order Size By 30%. If The Quantity Of Material Is Increased, The Unit Price Remains At The Level Given In The Offer. The Final Settlement Of The Contractors Remuneration Will Be Based On The Actually Ordered And Delivered Quantities Of Material And The Gross Unit Price For One Ton Given In The Offer.
