1. The Subject Of The Order Is Granting And Servicing A Long-Term Loan In The Amount Of Pln 2,000,000.00 (In Words: Two Million Zlotys 00/100).2. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) Loan Period: 2027-203 42) The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With Loan Funds In The Full Amount On May 25, 2026, Which Date Is Only An Indicative Date Provided For The Purposes Of This Order In Order To Uniformly Calculate The Price For All Contractors. The Actual Disbursement May Take Place Earlier - I.E. In The Period Until May 25, 2026 Or Later Until May 28, 2026.3) The Entire Loan Will Be Disbursed By The Contractor In One Tranche. 4) The Loan Will Be Used In Polish Currency. 5) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Early Repayment Of Part Of The Loan Or The Entire Loan Within The Period Specified By It, Provided That The Contractor Is Notified In Advance In Writing, No Later Than 7 Days Before The Date Of Early Repayment Of All Or Part Of The Loan.
