Provision Of Design Services And Services Covered By Option Law Related To The Performance Of Authors Supervision For The Investment Task Entitled: (Olioc) Construction Of Urban Storage Infrastructure. The Subject Of The Basic Order Includes: Development Of Design Documentation For The Construction Of Urban Storage Infrastructure Along With Land Development And Obtaining A Construction Permit In Accordance With The Construction Law Act Of July 7, 1994 (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418, As Amended). D.). It Is Assumed That A Warehouse Facility Will Be Designed With Internal Dimensions Of 60 M X 70 M And A Height Of 8 M (The Height Depends On The Structure Of The Racks And Their Maximum Storage Space) Along With The Development Of The Adjacent Area, Including A Maneuvering Area And A Parking Shelter. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order And The Expected Activities And List Of Studies Are Specified In The Technical Specification (Appendix No. 9 To The Swz). The Scope Of The Order Is Covered By Law. Option: Performing Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of Construction Works In The Scope Of The Developed Design Documentation (If The Ordering Party Obliges The Designer In Writing To Exercise Authors Supervision). The Ordering Party Informs That Co-Financing Of The Order Is Planned From The Funds Of The Silesian Voivode Under The Olioc Program.2. The Detailed Scope Of Work Is Specified In: 1) Technical Specifications (Annex No. 9) 2) Site Plans (Annex No. 8) 3) Designed Contractual Provisions (Annex No. 14) 3. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ Persons Performing Activities Related To The Execution Of The Order On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship. Period Of Quality Guarantee And Warranty For Defects - The Ordering Party Requires That The Quality Guarantee Period For The Completed Subject Of The Contract Is 60 Months From The Date Of Receipt Of The Completed Subject Of The Contract. Moreover, The Ordering Party Requires That The Warranty Period For Defects Be Equal To The Quality Warranty Period.
