Equipment Must Consist Of A Cylindrical Metal Tank, With Domed Tops Or Spherical Towers, Made Of Carbon Steel Astm A36 Or Equivalent, With A Minimum Thickness Of 3/16 And A Minimum Usable Capacity Of 8,000 Liters For Debris.
