Provision Of Specialized Technical Services, Covering: I – Debt Studies And Negotiations: Analysis And Negotiations With The Electricity Concessionaire Regarding Debts Of The Municipality, Both From Current Management And Previous Managements, Aiming At Regularization, Making New Requests Feasible And Obtaining Debt Clearance Certificate – Cnd; Ii – Implementation Of The Geos Public Lighting System: Execution Of The System Within The Scope Of The Municipality And Its Districts, As Well As The Recovery Of Revenues From The Public Lighting Contribution (Cip) From The Concessionaire; Iii – Opening And Monitoring Of Requests: Registration, Monitoring And Monitoring Of Demands For Maintenance Services For The Public And Building Lighting Network, In Urban And District Areas, Including The Preparation, Protocolization And Monitoring Of Technical Projects Before The Concessionaire, In All Phases Of The Application Process; Iv – Advisory And Consultancy Services: Specialized Technical Support To Ensure The Full Functioning And Efficiency Of Public Lighting Management, Also Covering: A) Preparation And Monitoring Of Network Extension Projects; B) Carrying Out Inspections At All Consumer Units In The City Hall; C) Investigation And Correction Of Any Identified Irregularities.
