Maintenance Of Information Technology Software – No. 04/2026 Ynanp/Gdou/Dipea 2Nd Declaration For The Provision Of Services Entitled Maintenance Of The National Single Shipping Box System. The Object Of This Contract Is The Maintenance - Technical Support Of The System Of The National Single Shipping Desk (Sns) (Hardware And Software) Which Is Installed And Operates In The Premises Of The Ls-El.Akt Headquarters. (Akti Vasiliadis). The National Single Shipping Box Is The Information System, In Which Information Is Submitted Before Ships Dock In Greek Ports Or During Departure From Them And Is The Place Where The Information Is Declared Once (01) By The Debtors And Then Made Available Electronically To The Various Competent National Authorities And The Member States. As Part Of The Aforementioned Service Provision, Software Maintenance Services Will Be Provided, Including Updates And Patches. Also, Hardware Maintenance Services Will Be Provided. The Services Provided Are Classified Under The Following Common Procurement Vocabulary Code {(Cpv): 72267100-0 Information Technology Software Maintenance}. The Budgeted Value Amounts To Three Hundred And Forty Thousand Euros #€340,000.00# (Including Options For Four (04) Additional Quarters, Vat And Other Reservations) (Net Value: €193,548.39, Vat: €46,451.61). In Particular, The Amount Of Forty Thousand Euros #40.000,00€# Refers To The Transfer Of The System Of The National Unified Shipping Desk From The Existing Infrastructures Of The Ls-El.Akt To The Government Cloud (G-Cloud), The Amount Of Two Hundred Thousand Euros #200,000.00€#, While It Concerns The Twenty-Four (24) Months Of Maintenance, There Is An Option On The Part Of The Contracting Authority Authority To Extend The Validity Of The Contract, Beyond Twenty-Four (24) Months, For Up To Four (04) Additional Quarters Worth Twenty-Five Thousand Euros #25,000.00€# (Including Vat And Other Deductions), Each Quarter. Offers Are Submitted For All Of The Services To Be Provided, As They Are Described In Detail In Annex D (Technical Specifications) Herein. The Duration Of The Contract, I.E. The Provision Of Services, According To Annex D- Technical Specifications Hereof, Will Be Valid For Twenty-Four (24) Months Starting No Earlier Than 6-6-2026. The Procuring Authority Has The Right, Exercising Discretion, To Extend The Duration Of The Contract Beyond Twenty-Four (24) Months, For Up To Four (04) Additional Quarters. A Detailed Description Of The Physical Object Of The Contract Is Given In Appendix D (Technical Specifications) Hereof. The Location Of The L.S.
