Electronic Open Procedure To Be Carried Out Pursuant To Articles. 25 And 71 Of The Legislative Decree, N. 36/2023 For The Assignment Of The Service Of Reception, Optical Acquisition Of Images, Registration, Accounting Management And Pharmacy Disputes, Cancellation, Archiving And Disposal Of Pharmaceutical Prescriptions, Management And Control Of Distribution On Behalf, Management, Flow Processing And Control Of Therapeutic Plans Relating To The Prescription Of Liquid Oxygen, Including An Integrated Web It System For A Period Of Three Years, With Possible Continuation For A Maximum Period Of Two Years And With The Right To Make Use Of The Option Referred To In The Art. 120, Paragraph 9 Of Legislative Decree No. 36/2023 And Subsequent Amendments.
