This Targeted Analysis Aims To Strengthen The Evidence Base For Resilience-Oriented Territorial Governance In The Baltic Sea Region By Developing A Comprehensive Analytical Framework For Assessing And Operationalising Territorial Resilience Across Both Terrestrial And Maritime Spaces. Espon Baltic Resealand Will Operationalise Territorial Resilience In The Bsr Through A Set Of Indicators To Measure Adaptive Capacity, Vulnerability, And Exposure Across Both Land And Sea; Territorial Analyses Highlighting Resilience Patterns, Hotspots, And Critical Areas Requiring Targeted Interventions; And Methodological Guidelines To Integrate Resilience Considerations Into Spatial Planning, Policy Design, And Cross-Sectoral Governance. It Will Also Produce Actionable, Evidence-Based Recommendations Enabling Integrated, Proactive, And Strategic Planning Across Terrestrial And Maritime Spaces.
