The Peine District Is Planning To Expand The Existing Fire Department Technical Center (Ftz) At Werner-Nordmeyer-Straße 21 To Include A New Respiratory Protection Center. The Aim Of The Project Is To Ensure And Further Develop Central Services For The Districts Fire Departments, Particularly In The Area Of ​​Respiratory Protection. The New Center Will Be Used By All Fire Departments In The District As An Integral Part Of A District-Wide Respiratory Protection Network. The Measure Includes The New Construction Of A Single-Storey Part Of The Building With Approx. 510 M² Of Usable Space As Well As Adaptation Work To The Outdoor Facilities And The Rain Drainage System. The Extension Building Will Be Functionally Connected To The Existing Building And Will Be Built In The Inner Courtyard Area. The New Building Will Create The Structural And Technical Requirements To Meet The Increasing Requirements For Respiratory Protection Training, Testing And Logistics And To Ensure The Long-Term Operational Capability Of The Fire Brigades.
