Construction Work – Roofing And Plumbing Work Bt D+F. The Erdf Construction Project Includes The Energy-Related Renovation Of Components A, B, C And E, Whereas The Subject Of The Measure Advertised Here Is The Roofing And Plumbing Work On Components D+F, Which Is Carried Out Separately From The Erdf Process As An Accompanying Renovation Measure For The Remaining Parts Of The Building. In Order To Subsequently Equip The Roof Areas With Photovoltaic Systems, These Roof Areas Must Be Renovated Beforehand. The Services Are Carried Out As A Preliminary Measure And In Part Parallel To The Erdf Project. The Client Intends To Submit An Application For Funding From The Bafa/Kfw Federal Funding Program For Efficient Buildings - Non-Residential Buildings (Beg Nwg) For The Measure To Renovate The Roof Areas Bt D+F. In This Respect, It Is Already Pointed Out At This Point That The Contract For The Services In Question, If The Contract Is Awarded, Is Subject To The Subsequent Condition That Bafa / Kfw Rejects The Application For Funding. Reference Is Also Made To The Contract Documents. All Planning, Verification And Documentation Services Must Be Provided Taking Into Account The Funding Conditions. The Tendered Services Include The Dismantling Of All Existing Roof Structures And The Subsequent Assembly Of The New Roof Structures. The Following Services Are Requested In Detail: Construction Site Equipment, Construction Crane, Demolition Work On Existing Roofs, Scaffolding Work And Fall Protection, Roof Construction, Drainage, Fall Protection.
