The Object Of This Procurement Is Accounting And Internal Accounting And Purchase Ledger Solutions, The Associated Implementation Project And Continuous Support And Maintenance Service. The Solution Package Will Be Implemented At Heka And Hekas Daughter Kiinteistö Oy At Laivalahdentor. The Goal Is A So-Called Ready-Made Software Solution That Covers Hekas Needs. Heka Acquires The Solution As A Saas Service, Where The Supplier Is Responsible For Producing A System Service That Meets Hekas Needs As A Complete Service, Including The Necessary Software Licenses And User Rights, Server Environment And Capacity And Performance, As Well As Support, Maintenance And Service Management Related To System Up-To-Dateness And Security. The Object Of The Procurement Is Described In More Detail In The Attachments Of The Request For Tender. The Agreement Is Initially Valid For A Fixed Period Of Two (2) Years, And After The Fixed-Term Contract Period, The Agreement Continues Indefinitely.
