The Undertaking Includes All Necessary Work For The Establishment Of Finished Terrain And Landscape Works Around The Building, Including Clearing Of Existing Conditions, Construction Of The Bearing Layer As Well As The Execution Of Coatings, Drainage And Terrain Inventory. The Work Includes I.A. Asphalt Pavements, Concrete Tiles In The Ground And On Roof Terraces, Edge Boundaries, Plinth And Line Drains, Guide Lines And Attention Fields. In Addition, The Contract Includes The Delivery And Installation Of Off-Road Equipment Such As Bicycle Racks, Benches, Waste Bins, Bollards And Signage. The Undertaking Includes The Construction Of Bottom Protection, Stable Bearing Layer And Leveling Layer, As Well As Coordination With Other Contracts, Including Guideways And Cable Works For Lighting. The Work Must Be Carried Out With Correct Falls, Tolerances And Compaction Requirements According To Project Material. The Company Is Delivered As Complete And Finished Outdoor Areas Incl. Cleaning, Adjustment And Care Until Delivery.
