Object Of The Procurement We Are Asking For Offers For The Set Of Automated Immunostaining Machines. The Devices Are Purchased On A Reimbursement Basis So That The Price Of The Immunohistochemically Stained Glass Includes The Use Of Two (2) Devices According To The Customers Needs During The Contract Period. The Equipment Is The Property Of The Supplier. An Estimated 20,000-30,000 Pieces Of Tinted Glasses Are Produced Per Year. The Equipment To Be Acquired Must Be New And Unused When Coming To The Hus Diagnostic Center. The Goal Is To Use The Competition To Get Safe And Functional Devices In The Selections. The Goal Is Also That The Delivery Reliability Of The Products Is Good And That The Products Are Available When They Are Needed. The Acquisition Replaces Two Current Semi-Automated Immunostaining Equipment. The Aim Of Renewing The Equipment Base Is To Reduce Manual Work Steps, Reduce The Risk Of Errors, And Increase The Throughput Time And Capacity Of Dyeing. The Scope Of Procurement Also Includes Additional Products Related To The Offered Products, Which Are Indicated In Appendix 1. During The Contract Period, In Accordance With The Estimated Value Of The Procurement, Products Belonging To The Product Groups That Are The Subject Of The Contract, Which Are Not Identified In The Product Appendix, Can Also Be Purchased During The Contract Period (See Draft Contract). The Value Of The (Option) Rtu Antibodies Ordered During The Contract Period, As Well As Any Additional Products Outside Of The Product Annex, Is Taken Into Account In The Total Value Of The Acquisition Without Vat. If The Subscriber Adds Rtu Antibodies To The Contract Or Orders Products Outside The Product Appendix, The Combined Share Of Such Orders May Not Exceed 10 Percent Of The Original Value Of The Contract. Pricing Models The Tenderer Must Submit An Offer For Both Pricing Models A And B Described Below. The Procurement Unit Will Choose The Most Economically Advantageous Pricing Model In Accordance With The Comparison Basis Described In The Request For Tender.
