The Goal Is To Create New Administrative Spaces For 14 Employees Of The Housing Management And Building Maintenance Department. It Is Proposed To Connect The Non-Residential Space And The Residential Unit. The Newly Connected Space Will Be Divided Into Public And Private Parts - Into Areas With Public (Citizen) Access And Employee Facilities. All This According To The Project Documentation Prepared By Next Studio S.R.O. The Subject Of Performance Is In Particular: A) Supply And Assembly Of Interior Elements, Built-In And Piece Furniture, Glass Structures, Doors, Opening Fillings, Technical Equipment And Other Products, B) Execution Of Related Assembly, Installation And Finishing Works, C) Execution Of Construction Works, Consisting Mainly In The Construction Connection Of Two Units, Further Including The Creation Of Completely New Functional Administrative Spaces For Employees With Public Access, , D) Processing Of Documentation Of The Actual Execution Of The Work, In Which They Will Be Marked Any Changes Compared To The Project Documentation That Occurred During The Execution Of The Work; Part Of The Documentation Will Be A Document Certifying The Discussion Of The Changes Made With The Customer And The Granting Of The Customers Consent In Accordance With Article V Of This Contract, E) Ensuring And Carrying Out All Tests According To Čsn Or Other Standards Relating To The Performed Part, Including The Acquisition Of A Protocol On The Progress Of The Tests, F) Providing Attestations, Certificates On The Properties Of The Products, Instructions For Use, Etc., Necessary For Their Proper Handover To The Customer And For Proper Use.
