Repair And Maintenance Services Of Electrical And Mechanical Building Installations – Oulun Tilapalvelut - Maintenance And Repair Services For Lift Doors And Sliding And Folding Doors. The Oulu Tilapalvelut Business Is Requesting Your Offer For The Maintenance And Repair Services Of Electric Lift Doors And Sliding And Folding Doors In Properties Managed By Tilapalvelut. The Goal Of The Procurement Is To Ensure The Operational Safety Of The Equipment, Operational Reliability And Predictability Of Costs With A Framework Arrangement Based On Partnership. Subject Of The Procurement The Subject Of The Procurement Is: - Maintenance And Repair Services For Electric And Manual Lift Doors - Maintenance And Repair Services For Sliding And Folding Doors. (Appendix 1). Contract Arrangement The Procurement Forms A Framework Arrangement With One (1) Supplier, Which Covers Maintenance And Repair Services For Lifting, Sliding And Folding Doors. The Subscriber Does Not Have A Quantity Purchase Obligation. Services Are Ordered During The Contract Period As Needed. During The Contract Period, The Procurement Items May Increase Or Decrease, And The Customer Has The Right To Add Or Remove Items From The Contract. The Price Levels According To The Offer Are Applied To The Added And Deleted Items. Maintenance Quality And Safety Requirements Maintenance Work Must Meet: - The Requirements Of The Lift Safety Act (1134/2016) - The Requirements Of Tukes Instruction 21/2020 - The Equipment Manufacturers Maintenance Instructions - All Valid Work Safety Regulations If A New Lift Door Is Delivered In Connection With The Purchase, It Must Meet The Requirements Of The Sfs‑En 13241 Standard, And The Supplier Must Demonstrate Compliance With The Standard. Implementation Of Maintenance The Annual Maintenance Quantities Of The Equipment Are Defined In The Target List (Appendix 2). Maintenance Must Be Performed At Regular Intervals As Follows: - Four (4) Maintenances Per Year: Maintenance Is Carried Out In Quarters Of The Calendar Year (January–March, April–June, July–September, October–December), So That Approximately Three (3) Months Have Passed Since The Previous Maintenance. - Two (2) Maintenances Per Year: Maintenances Are Carried Out Every Six Months So That Approximately Six (6) Months Have Passed Since The Previous Maintenance. Pricing And Contents Of The Offer The Offer Must Be Prepared In Accordance With This Request For Tender And Its Annexes. The Offer Must Cover All The Work Necessary To Implement The Service. Possible Spare Parts And Additional Work Are Priced According To The Request For Quotation And Service Description. The Offer Is Requested As Unit Prices. The Unit Prices Cover The Measures According To The Service Descriptions. Offers Must Not Contain The Offerors Own Contract Terms. Contract Period The Length Of The Contract Period Is Two (2) Years. The Intended Start Date Of The Contract Period Is 1 October 2026. If The Start Of The Contract Period Is Delayed, For Example Due To An Appeal, The Contract Period Will Only Start When A Legally Binding Solution Has Been Reached. After The Fixed Contract Period, The Contract Can Be Extended: - By One (1) + One (1
