The Eu Directive On The Energy Performance Of Buildings 2024/1275 (Epbd) Obliges The Member States Of The European Union To Achieve Improvements In Energy Efficiency In The Building Sector As Part Of The European Climate And Energy Policy On The Path To Climate Neutrality. Energy-Related Renovation Measures In Existing Buildings Reduce The Buildings Heating Energy Requirements And Thus Directly Contribute To The Goal Of Decarbonization. The Aim Of This Project Is To Systematically Record The Renovation Activities In The German Building Stock And The Resulting Renovation Rates To Be Calculated In Accordance With Epbd Specifications In Order To Determine The Primary Energy Savings Achieved Through Renovations.
