Repair And Maintenance Services Of Building Installations – Mixed Contract For Services And Maintenance Work For Municipal Thermal Installations (Sara). Expt. 22/26-C.. The Object Of This Mixed Services And Works Contract Is The Maintenance Of All The Thermal Installations Included In The Municipal Buildings Of The Sagunto City Council Listed As A Base Inventory In Section 6.1 Annex I Of The Technical Prescription Document (Ppt). The Base Inventory Of Facilities In Annex I Of The Ppt Is Not Exclusive, Because It Is Possible That Some Properties May Be Removed Or Others Added During The Term Of The Contract, Which Will Be Communicated By The City Council To The Successful Bidder. Therefore, The Successful Bidder Will Be Obliged To Maintain All Actually Existing Municipal Facilities, Including New Facilities Due To Possible Additions, And Also To Stop Carrying Out Maintenance On Those Facilities That Are Removed From The Inventory, During The Term Of The Contract. In Addition To The Preventive And Corrective Maintenance Operations Of The Facilities, It Will Also Be The Subject Of The Contract To Carry Out Renovation And Expansion Actions Of The Thermal Installations Included In The Scope Of This Specification, As Well As The Relocation And Removal Of Elements Thereof. The Winning Company Will Therefore Be Solely Responsible For The Correct Operation, Optimal Maintenance Of The Facilities And Compliance With Current Applicable Regulations. The Aforementioned Works Will Be Executed In Accordance With The Powers That Appear In The Technical Prescription Specifications That Specify The Basic Data That Define And Condition The Object Of The Contract, The Applicable General Rules And Instructions And The Prescriptions And Recommendations That, Without Having This Nature, Are Mandatory.
