Construction Work – County Road 109 Råbekken-Østfoldhallen Subparcel 1. Østfold County Shall Rebuild County Road 109 Between Råbekken And Østfoldhallen. At The Same Time Alterations Shall Be Made To The Water And Sewage Installations On The Stretch For Fredrikstad Municipality. The Project ́S Area Stretches From Råbekken To Østfoldhallen Along County Road 109 In Fredrikstad Municipality. County Road 109 Along This Stretch (Approx. 1.7 Km Long) Shall Be Expanded To 4 Lanes, Two Of Which Are Public Transport Lanes. Cycle Paths Shall Be Constructed. The Project Also Includes The Construction Of Retaining Walls, Footbridges And Culverts As Well As Roundabouts.
