The Customer Has Set A Target Price For The Contract, Which Includes The Target Cost Estimate Of The Project Approved By The Customer (Design And Construction Cost) Minus The Customers Costs (Construction, Separate Purchases And Joining Fees). The Quality Assessment Part Of The Offer Has Two Parts: - The 1St Part Contains The References And The Description Of The Implementation Strategy Of The Development Phase, Which Are Delivered Together With The Tender Materials By The Offer Deadline - The 2Nd Part Consists Of The Interview Part (The Quality Assessment Event Of The Tenderers Project Group), To Which The Tenderers Will Be Sent An Invitation After The Deadline For Submission Of Tenders. The Time Period Is Between 1 And 5 June 2026 At 8:30 A.M. And 3:30 P.M. The Participation Time Of Each Bidder Will Be Drawn.
