Construction Work For Pipelines, Communication And Power Lines, For Highways, Roads, Airfields And Railways; Flatwork – Hattulanranta-Kaupunginhaka-Kerkkoontie 110 Kv Underground Cabling. Porvoon Sähköverkko Oy (Psv) Is Asking For Applications To Participate In The Procurement, Which Will Be Carried Out Through A Negotiation Procedure, Concerning The Hattulanranta-Kaupunginhaka-Kerkkoontie 110 Kv Underground Cabling. The Project Is Implemented In Cooperation With Kymenlaakso Sähköverkko Oy (Ksoy). The Project Consists Of Three Parts: - The Subscribers Common 110 Kv Underground Cable Section Approx. 2.5 Km - Porvoo Sähköverkons Underground Cable Section Approx. 0.25 Km - Kymenlaaksos Sähköverkos Underground Cable Section Approx. 7.5 Km. The Procured Entity Is Divided Into A Contract And An Option In The Tender As Follows: Entities Included In The Contract: - Hattulanranta/Porvoo – Kaupunginhaka Piping For Both Customers; - Werner Söderströmin Katu – Porvoon Sähköverkos Ground Cable Termination Point Piping; - Procurement, Installation And Connection Of Porvoon Sähköverkkos Ground Cable (Al 2500 Cable) And Optical Fibers To Fingrid Oyjs Substation And To The Terminal Portal Of Porvoon Sähköverkko Kaupunginhaa Separation Station; - Kymenlaaksos Sähköverkto Piping Will Be Completed After The Undercutting Of Werner Söderström Street. Entities Included In The Option: - Kaupunginhaka - Kerkkoontie, Part To Be Built (Al 1200 Cable) With Piping. Along Myrskyläntie, A Walking Path To The Cable Route Will Be Implemented. - Procurement, Installation And Connection Of Kymenlaakso Sähköverkos Ground Cable (Al 1200 Cable) And Optical Fibers To Fingrid Oyjs Substation And Porvoo-Askola Overhead Line. The Underground Cable Sections To Be Built And Their Locations Are Described In The General Map Attached To The Request For Participation. A Redemption Application For The Competitive Project Is Pending At Tem, And A Decision Is Expected In The Near Future. The Procurement Will Be Put Out To Tender On The Condition That A Legally Valid Redemption Permit Is Obtained From Tem For The Land Areas To Be Reserved For The Procurement Before The Contract Is Signed. The Planned Implementation Schedule Of The Project: - The Planned Start Date Of The Contract Is 1 October 2026, - The Entities Included In The Contract Must Be Completed By 31 October 2027, - A Decision Will Be Made On Redeeming The Option No Later Than 31 August 2027, - The Entities Included In The Option Must Be Completed By 31 October 2029. A General Map, Draft Contract And General Contract Terms Are Attached To This Request For Participation. The Detailed Planning Material For The Procurement Will Be Delivered In The Next Phase Of The Procurement In Connection With The Preliminary Tender Request. The Procurement Unit Reserves The Right To Specify The Content Of Procurement Documents During The Procurement Process. The Final Binding Procurement Documents Will Be Published In Connection With The Final Call For Tenders.
