This Contract Constitutes A Public Service Contract In The Form Of A Framework Agreement Within The Meaning Of The Law Of June 17, 2016. Relating To Cleaning, Preventive And Curative Maintenance, As Well As Occasional Interventions On The Fecal-Sanitary Water Evacuation Networks In Hospitals. The Services Include All Wastewater And Fecal Water Evacuation Installations, In Particular: • Main And Secondary Pipes; • Drop Columns And Horizontal Networks; • Primary And Secondary Ventilation Systems; • Manholes And Distribution Chambers; • Sewage/Fecal Pits; • Grease And Hydrocarbon Separators.
