The Erdf Construction Project Includes The Energy-Related Renovation Of Components A, B, C And E, Whereas The Subject Of This Tendered Measure Is The Demolition And Masonry Work On The Abcde Components, Which Is Carried Out Separately From The Erdf Process As An Accompanying Renovation Measure For The Building Parts. As Part Of The Planned Renovation Work, The Areas On The Ground Floor Will Be Replanned And The Usage Units Will Be Adapted To The New Needs Of The Clinic. The Inner Parts Of The Building Must Be Cleared And Adapted To The New Plans. The Following Tender Documents Cover The Gutting And Rebuilding Of These Conversion Areas. The Services Are Carried Out As A Preliminary Measure And In Part Parallel To The Erdf Project. The Following Services Are Requested In Detail: Construction Site Setup, Demolition Work, Scaffolding Work, Earthworks, Masonry Work, Concrete And Reinforced Concrete Work, Interior Plastering Work.
