The Headquarters Of The Lake Constance Water Supply On The Main Street In Stuttgart Vaihingen Is To Be Renovated And Expanded For Structural, Technical And Energy Reasons. Building Structures That Are Not Worth Preserving Will Be Demolished To Make Room For The Additional Space Required By The Forecast Increase In Employees. The Location As A Whole Should Be Developed To Be Future-Proof, The Administrative Area Should Be Combined Synergistically And The Working Environment Should Be Designed To Be Modern And Attractive. Temporary Arrangements Will Be Dismantled And The Entire Building Ensemble Will Be Restructured In A Uniform Manner In Order To Create A Basis For Future Generations In Terms Of Functionality, Flexibility And Cost-Effectiveness. A General Planner Is Currently Being Sought For This In A Separate Process. The Current Process Is Looking For A Project Manager Who Will Accompany The Planning And Construction Process With All Basic Project Management Services (For Details See Appendix 02 - Project Description And Appendix 01 - Service Description). Please Refer To The Award Guidelines For The Requirements To Be Met By The Bidders And The Evaluation Of The Participation Competition. The Four Applicants/Applicant Groups That Achieved The Highest Number Of Points In The Participation Competition Will Be Admitted To The Negotiation Process (Stage 2). If There Is A Tie, A Draw Will Be Made Between The Applicants With The Same Number Of Points.
