B) The Scope Of Works Includes, Among Others: Maintenance And Renovation Of Roads, Carrying Out Periodic Inspections Of Road Condition, Performing Intervention Works, Maintenance Works, Security Works, Partial Renovations, Renovations, Construction, Expansion, Reconstruction Of The Facility Enabling Obtaining, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law, An Occupancy Permit And Using It In Accordance With Its Intended Purpose. C) The Ordering Party Described The Subject Of The Order With The Following Attachments: - Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu), Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz, - Technical Specifications Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz, - Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz.
