In South Sudan, CAFOD works with local partners to address poverty, humanitarian needs, and social justice. CAFOD and Trócaire in Partnership (CTP) invites qualified and reputable medical insurance providers to submit proposals for provision of medical insurance cover for national staff and their dependents. 2. Prices must be quoted in USD, inclusive of all taxes Prices must remain valid for 12 months Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked with tender reference 3. SCOPE OF COVER (CAFOD MINIMUM STANDARDS) A. Inpatient Services Hospital room and board Doctors fees (surgeon, anaesthetist, etc.) Hospital-related costs (imaging, drugs, dressings, theatre use) B. Outpatient Services General and specialist consultations Diagnostic tests (lab & imaging) Prescribed drugs Routine medical checks (eye tests, cancer screening, prostate exams) Vaccinations C. Additional Health Cover Pregnancy (minimum 6 months qualifying period) Childbirth (with and without complications) Cancer treatment (chemotherapy, radiotherapy) HIV/AIDS treatment (inpatient & outpatient) Pre-existing and chronic conditions (where possible) Palliative care Emergency dental treatment 4.
