Important conditions and instructions: The Ministry must be notified of the names, positions, photos, and passports of candidates attending the site visit at least seven days in advance; faxed notifications will not be accepted. The tender purchase receipt must be presented when attending the site visit and pre-tendering meeting. All documents must be submitted on a non-copyable CD, except for the bid form and initial guarantee, which must be submitted as paper copies. This tender is divisible. The bidder must submit a valid National Labor Support Certificate and a To Whom It May Concern certificate from the Public Authority for Manpower; bids without these certificates will be excluded.
