Tenders Are Invited For Oř/186/Mra/26 - Framework Agreement For Modifications And Reconstruction Of Apartments Owned By The Statutory City Of Havířov

The Subject Of The Procurement Procedure Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement (Hereinafter Referred To As The Framework Agreement), The Draft Of Which Is Annex No. 1 Of The Procurement Documentation, For The Implementation Of Building Repairs And Modifications Of A Larger Scale Within The Apartments Owned By The Contracting Authority. Building Repairs And Modifications Of A Larger Scale Are Considered Construction Works, The Realization Price Of Which Is At Least Czk 100,000 Excluding Vat. Building Repairs And Modifications, The Realization Price Of Which Does Not Reach The Mentioned Limit, Are Not The Subject Of Partial Public Contracts Awarded On The Basis Of A Framework Agreement, I.E. They Will Be Awarded By The Contracting Authority Completely Outside The Regime Of The Framework Agreement.
