The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement For The Purchase Of Transport Services In Connection With Transport To Swimming Lessons For Municipal Schools In Arendal Municipality. The Supplier Chooses Whether They Want To Carry Out The Individual Transport Assignment With One Or More Vehicles, But A Fixed Price Must Be Given Per Transport Assignment Regardless Of The Number Of Vehicles. At Some Schools, There Is Some Variation In The Minimum And Maximum Number For The Number Of Students, And It Is Important That The Shuttle Service Offered Takes Into Account The Maximum Number Of Passengers Stated. Furthermore, It Will Be Important That When Transporting Primary School Children (Class 1-4) That Seats/Harnesses Can Be Adjusted For Proper Protection. The Municipality Pays For Carried Out Transport Assignments Based On Real Needs. In Order To Create Increased Competition, The Contract Is Divided Into Three Contract Areas And An Agreement Can Therefore Be Entered Into With Up To 3 Suppliers.
