Pocc Will Require Third Party Funding And A Construction Works Contractor(S), It Is Anticipated That The Services Required Will Include (But Are Not Limited To) The Following: Banking And Finance, Commercial Contracts, Competition And Joint Ventures, Construction Law, Capital Markets And Public Procurement The Successful Tenderer Will Work Closely With The Port Of Cork’S Financial Advisor And Law Agent In Relation To The Legal Issues Arising Out Of An Assessment Of Preferred Financial And Funding Options. In Addition, The Preferred Supplier Will Advise On All Aspects Of The Proposed Construction Works Procurement Framework(S) That Will Be Used.
