Handling Of Serious Events Section, Possibility Of Systematic Handling And Root Cause Analysis Of Serious Events, As Well As Documentation And Monitoring Of Corrective Measures. The Possibility Of Adding Attachments To The Section. 4. Abnormalities Related To Drug Treatment, Notification Section Of Dangerous Events Related To Drug Treatment. The Possibility Of Adding Attachments To The Section. 5. Risk Management Section, Possibility Of Recording Risk Assessment Findings And Monitoring Measures: - Occupational Safety Risk Assessment Form. - The Possibility To Attach The Occupational Health Care Job Report. - Adding The Evaluation And Check Form For Security Walks - Assessing The Risks Of The Organizations Strategic Operations - Assessing Data Protection And Information Security Risks - Option To Add Other Assessments And Checklists - Option To Add Attachments To All Risk Assessments. 6. Information Security/Data Protection Section, Possibility To Report Deviations Related To Information Security/Data Protection. 7. The Data Protection Authorized Officers Form: Possibility Of Documenting And Saving The Form To Be Sent To The Data Protection Authorized Officer. 8. Making Deviations Related To The Operating Environment Section, The Possibility Of Making Deviations Related To The Operating/Work Environment (Technical Deviations, Safety Deviations, Fire Safety, Crime And Vandalism). 9. Improper Treatment Or Harassment Reporting Section, Possibility To Report Events Related To Inappropriate Behavior Or Harassment. 10. Self-Monitoring Notification Form (Act On Social Care And Health Care Supervision 741/2023, §29), The Possibility To Report Deficiencies Or Their Threat In Social And Health Care Customer Security. 11. Feedback And Initiatives - Notification Section, The Opportunity To Inform The Organization Of Development Ideas, Give Feedback And Share Successes. The Possibility To Process These In The Same Way As Other Notifications And Use Them For The Development Of The Organization. 12. Auditing And Audit Reports. The Possibility Of Documenting Audits And The Possibility Of Documenting Corrective Measures And Follow-Up.
