The Procurement Is Divided Into Eight (8) Product Groups And Sub-Areas Within The Product Groups As Follows: Product Group 1 Table-Top Magnifier Reading Television Sub-Area 1.1 Table-Top Magnifier Reading Television, Basic Model Product Group 2 Reading Machine Sub-Area 2.1 Table-Top Reading Machine Product Group 3 Electronics Reading Devices Section 3.1 Portable Electronic Reading Device, Minimum 4.3 And Maximum 6 Section 3.2 Portable Electronic Reading Device, Minimum 7 And Maximum 9 Section 3.3 Portable Electronic Reading Device, Minimum 10 And Maximum 13 Product Group 4 Braille Typewriter Section 4.1 Mechanical Braille Typewriter Product Group 5 Illuminated Magnifying Glasses Section 5.1 Illuminated Magnifying Glasses - Hand-Held Model Section 5.2 Magnifying Glasses With Light - Table Model Section 5.3 Magnifying Glasses With Light - Desk-Mounted Magnifying Glass Lamp Product Group 6 Prismatic Close-Up Glasses, Fond Glasses Section 6.1 Prismatic Close-Up Glasses (Strength +4 - +8) Product Group 7 Programs Section 7.1 Screen Reading Program Section 7.2 Speech-Free Magnification Program Section 7.3 Speech-Based Magnification Program Section 7.4 Magnifier-Screen Reader Combination Section 7.5 Scanner + Text Recognition Program Product Group 8 Installation Services Section 8.1 Installation Services You Can Submit An Offer For One, Several Or All Product Groups. The Product Groups Are Further Divided Into Sub-Areas. Within Product Groups 3, 5 And 7, You Can Offer One Or More Areas Within The Product Group. The Tenderer Must Offer All The Products/Product Lines Belonging To The Sub-Area. The Length Of The Contract Period Is Limited To Two (2) Years, And After That The Contract Continues Indefinitely With A Notice Period Of 6 Months. The Expected Start Of The Contract Period Is Approximately 1 October 2026.
