The Department Of Technology And Environment Of The City Of Hyvinkää Requests Your Offer In Accordance With This Request For Tenders And Its Attachments. The Subject Of The Procurement Is The Demolition Of Two (2) Buildings Located At Uudenmaankatu 17.- Main Building With A Floor Area Of 5700 Brm2 (Estimated Areas, Not Check Measured).- Sub Building With A Floor Area Of 685 Brm2 (Estimated Areas, Not Check Measured). Refrigeration Equipment. The Works Included In The Contract Are Detailed In The Contract Program. The Works Must Be Completed And Accepted And The Inspections Required By The Authorities Must Be Held By 30 November 2026. If The Work Is Completed Before The Deadline According To The Contract In A Completely Finished Condition, The Developer Can Accept The Work, But No Compensation Will Be Paid.
