The Request For Tender Concerns The Control Of The Order Of The Lace Week And The Traffic Control Related To The Event Area As Specified In The Authorities Recommendation Frameworks And Tender Documents. Appendix 1 (Tender Form Table) Contains Daily Estimates Of The Need For Order Control And Traffic Control By Event Area, On Different Days And At Different Times. The Schedule And Resource Requirement Mentioned In The Appendix Is The Situation At The Time Of The Request For Quotation And There May Be Changes, Of Which The Customer Will Inform The Supplier In More Detail. The Number Of Order Supervision And Traffic Controllers Will Be Confirmed For The Selected Supplier By June 5, 2026. The Area Map (Appendix 2) Shows The Size And Location Of The Monitored Area. The Monitored Area Covers Lace Week Events In Raumas Core Area. The Actual Contract Concerns Order Control And Traffic Management Of Lace Week In 2026, The Contract Will Be Extended Under The Same Conditions For 2027 (Contract Period 2 May - 31 August 2027). For 2027, A More Detailed Schedule Will Be Announced Later. Daily Schedules Will Be Announced Closer To The Event. In Addition, The Possibility To Use The Option Is Reserved For The Year 2028 (Contract Period 2.5.–31.8.2028), When The Prices Can Also Be Revised. The Selected Supplier Has The Opportunity To Submit A Price Change For The Option Period No Later Than 31 December 2027 Using The Pricing Form Of The Request For Tender. Using The Option Is A Right Of The City Of Rauma, Not An Obligation.
