The Participants In The Offer Are Motivated To Take Up Employment Subject To Social Security Contributions And Their Personal Conditions Generally Allow This. Nevertheless, The Participants Need Support In Accessing The Labor Market Because, Due To Their General Conditions, They Do Not Meet The Ideal Requirements For Employees That Employers Often Place. The Offer Is Divided Into A Placement And A Follow-Up Phase. During The 6-Month Placement Phase, There Are An Average Of 3 Coaching Appointments Per Participant; In The Follow-Up Phase Of Up To 6 Months, A Maximum Of 24 Counseling Units Can Be Offered Per Participant.
