This Mission Refers To Operation Ep1 “Peaceful Public Spaces” Of The Cité Moderne Sustainable Neighborhood Contract. It Aims To Redevelop Place Oscar Ruelens, Rue Openveld, Place De L’Initiative, Place Des Coopérators, Rue De La Gérance, Rue Des Ebats, Rue De L’Evolution And Ensemble Jean-Christophe. The Redevelopment Project Is A Continuation Of The Renovation Of The Cité Moderne And Aims To Strengthen The Urban And Functional Links Between Existing Public Spaces, Renovated Housing And Future Neighborhood Facilities (The Future Maison Des Initiatives Et De La Solidarité On Place De Linitiative As Well As The Business And Crèche Planned For Place Schweitzer). The Redevelopment Project Also Aims To Integrate The Permeabilization And Revegetation Of The Site In Order To Improve Rainwater Management And Allow The Planting Of Trees, Perennials And Grasses.
