Work Generally Includes: • Common Excavation And Site Grading; • Supply And Installation Of Topsoil And Seed For Disturbed Areas; • Supply And Installation Of Gravel Surfaces And Trails; • Supply And Installation Of Clay Material To Construct Pump Tracks (One Large, One Small Track); • Supply And Installation Of Wood Bike Skills Features Using Wood, Boulders And Fastening Hardware As Required; • Supply And Installation Of Trees; • Supply And Installation Of Site Furniture And Signage; And • One Year Site Maintenance For All Planted Trees And Seeded Areas
