Provision Of Specialized Support - Supervision Under Project Bg05sfpr002-2.009-0001 New Opportunities For A Dignified Life For People With Disabilities The Main Goal Of Project Bg05sfpr002-2.009-0001 New Opportunities For A Dignified Life For People With Disabilities Is To Continue And Upgrade The Process Of Preparing And Removing Adults With Disabilities Housed In 41 Units. Specialized Institutions (Si) And Residents In 11 No. Public Psychiatric Hospitals (Pshs) For Social Indications, By Taking A Number Of Actions Ensuring A Smooth And Time-Planned Transition To Appropriate Social Services For Residential Care And Support Services. ​​​​This Public Procurement Is Related To The Implementation Of Activity 4 Of The Project Providing Supervision Of The Teams Involved In The Assessments And The Development Of The Plans For The Withdrawal Of The Users, As Well As Those Providing Social Services In The Specialized Institutions, Until Their Final Closure And Aims To Provide Specialized Support To The Teams For Preparing Assessments Of The Needs Of Persons With Disabilities And The Staff Of Si. The Main Purpose Of The Awarding Of The Public Contract Is To Support The Teams At The Local Level, Formed Under Activity 1 Of The Project, In Their Direct Work On Carrying Out Individual Assessments Of Needs And Support Plans, As Well As The Specialized And Managerial Staff And The Staff Working Directly With The Users Of Si Until Their Final Closure, With The Aim Of Preventing Professional Burnout And Maintaining A High Level Of Competence. The Supervision Subject To This Public Order Will Be Provided In Astronomical Hours. The Maximum Foreseen Number Of Hours For Conducting Supervisions During The Term Of The Contract Is: - Up To 520 Hours For Team Group Supervision Of 52 Teams To Carry Out Individual Needs Assessments And Support Plans; - Up To 410 Hours Of Group Supervision Of Workers In 41 Si Designated For Closure; - Up To 4428 Hours Of Individual Supervision Of Workers In 41 Si Designated For Closure.
