The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Selection Of A Contractor For The Supply Of Medicines Included In Appendix No. 2 Of The Positive Medicines List, As Well As Medicines That Are Not Included In The Positive Medicines List, For The Needs Of Sbpfzplr Czar Ferdinand I Eood Village Of Iskrets For A Period Of 12 Months. Object Of The Order: Delivery Of Goods (Article 3, Paragraph 1, Item 2 Of The Ppa). The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Applicable Current Legislation, The Technical Specification - An Integral Part Of This Documentation And The Conditions Of The Contracting Authority. The Approximate Amount By Type Of Medicinal Products Is 117 Medicines /Nomenclature Units/. The Specified Quantities Are Indicative And Do Not Give Rise To Obligations For The Contractor To Purchase Them In Full Or To Limit Himself To Them. The Actual Performance Of The Public Procurement Is Determined On The Basis Of Real Needs And Financial Security For Its Performance. The Contracting Authority Provides An Opportunity To Submit Offers For One Or More Of The Nomenclature Items/Units Included In The Subject Of The Public Procurement. Each Participant Has The Right To Submit One Proposal For The Execution Of The Order, For One, Several Or All Nomenclature Items/Units. Failure To Submit A Proposal Under Any Of The Nomenclatures Is Not Grounds For Removing The Participant From The Procedure.
