Award Criterion: The Evaluation And Ranking Of Participants Bids Will Be Based On The Most Economically Advantageous Bid. The Most Economically Advantageous Offer Will Be Determined Based On The Award Criterion: Lowest Price, According To Art. 70, Para. 2, Item 1 Zop. The Proposed Total Value Without Vat To The Second Decimal Place Is Subject To Evaluation.
