Tenders Are Invited For Installation Of Photovoltaic Systems In Buildings For Social Services For Own Needs By Specific Positions

The Order Includes Activities For The Installation Of Photovoltaic Systems In Six Separate Buildings For Social Services In 6 (Six) Separate Positions. These Systems Will Be Used For Own Purposes. The Purpose Of The Order Is To Achieve The Modern Criteria For Energy Efficiency, Through The Effective Use Of Energy From Renewable Sources In The Buildings Of The Existing Social Services In The Municipality Of Razgrad. Each Of The Objects Is The 6Th Category According To Art. 137, Para. 1, Item 6 Of The Zut In Fulfillment Of The Construction Contracts, The Selected Contractor Is Expected To Carry Out The Following Activities: 1/ Lawful, High-Quality And Timely Initiation, Implementation And Completion Of Construction, Including The Supply Of Construction Products, Mechanization, Labor And Any Services And Activities Necessary For The Implementation Of Construction In Accordance With The Technical Specifications And Investment Projects, According To The Law On Territorial Planning And The By-Laws On Its Implementation, All Other Valid Legal Documents And Contracts For The Execution Of The Public Procurement. 2/ Obtaining All The Necessary Opinions And Permits Necessary To Carry Out His Work, According To Bulgarian Legislation; 3/ Storage And Provision, Upon Request By The Other Participants In The Construction Or By A Control Body, Of The Documents Drawn Up During The Construction And Other Technical Documentation On The Execution Of The Construction; 4/ Samples And Tests Upon Completion Of The Construction And Installation Works, Where Necessary; 5/ Removal Of All Detected Defects Within The Warranty Period; The Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is To Increase Energy Efficiency; Reducing Energy Dependence On Fossil Fuels; Promotion Of Renewable Energy Production In Line With The European Solar Strategy And The Eu Green Deal. ​​​​​​​
