2026/3864 Maintenance Service For The Habidata Data Management Application.The Object Of The Contract Is The Service Of Maintenance, Evolution And Functional Improvement Of The Habitata Computer Application, As Well As Its Installation, Management And Technical Support In The Local Bodies Of The Demarcation Of Girona That Request Its Use Through The Service Plan, In Accordance With The Requirements And Conditions That Are Detailed In The Technical Specifications. The Execution Of The Object This Contract Implies On The Part Of The Supplier The Processing Of Personal Data Of The Municipalities Involved. The Provider Will Process The Data In The Capacity Of Data Processor On Behalf Of The Girona Provincial Council For The Fulfillment Of The Purpose Of Providing The Application Maintenance Service. The Company That Is Awarded The Contract Will Have To Sign The Contract For The Processing Of Personal Data.
