The Subject Of The Order Includes The Modernization Of The Lighting Infrastructure In The Krupski Młyn Commune, Consisting In Replacing Non-Energy-Saving Lighting Fixtures With New Led Fixtures. The Project Includes The Modernization Of Selected Light Points In Accordance With The Design Documentation And The Attached Bill Of Materials. The Scope Of Work Includes: - Disassembly Of Existing Sodium And Mercury Lamps, - Installation Of New Led Lamps Of Various Power And Purpose (Road And Park) - A Total Of 63 Lamps, - Replacement Of Accompanying Infrastructure Elements: Booms, Poles, Izk Connectors, - Execution Of Cable Connections And Renovation Of Poles Existing In Selected Locations, - Installation Of Fuse Boards And Cable Routing, - Carrying Out Electrical Measurements And Preparing As-Built Documentation - Handover To The Ordering Party, As-Built Technical Documentation Prepared In Polish Or With A Translation Into Polish, Confirming The Fulfillment Of All Parameters Referred To In This Procedure, Including The Requirements Specified In The Opz (Catalog Cards, Certificates, Declarations, Reports Or Research/Test Reports) And Documents Confirming The Warranty Period Of The Manufacturer Of The Luminaires. In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Government Fund Polish Order: Strategic Investment Program (Edition 9 - We Light Up Poland), The Luminaires Delivered Led Lighting, Must Guarantee The Possibility Of Remote Control Without Additional Modification Of The Luminaire, Have The Following Certificates: Enec, Enec+, Zd4i. The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Lamp Fixtures And The Led Light Source For A Minimum Period Of 60 Months. The Warranty Period Starts From The Date Of Acceptance, Confirmed By The Final Protocol Of Completion Of The Modernized Lighting Installation. Detailed Conditions For The Execution Of This Order Are Included In The Technical Documentation Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz.
