Tenders Are Invited For Reconstruction Of The Internal Road In Barczewski Dwór

1. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction And Construction Of A Section Of The Road In The Town Of Barczewski Dwór, Located On Plots No. 24/1, 25, 125/29 And 125/32, District 1, Town Of Barczewo. The Investment Includes In Particular: • Widening The Road, • Construction Of A Pedestrian And Bicycle Route, • Construction Of A Sidewalk, • Construction Of Road Lighting, • Construction Of A Rainwater Drainage System. 2. The Order Will Be Implemented On The Basis Of The Construction Design Titled: Reconstruction And Construction Of A Road For The Task Of Widening The Road Along With The Construction Of A Pedestrian And Bicycle Route, Construction Of A Sidewalk Along With The Construction Of Lighting And A Rainwater Drainage System, Approved By Decision No. Bw/12/2025, Ref. Bi-Ii.6740.3.29.2024.As8 Of May 13, 2025, As Well As In Accordance With The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwior) And The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract (Swz), Along With Any Changes Introduced In The Course Of The Public Procurement Procedure.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including The Scope Of Works And Quality Requirements, Was Specified In The Design Documentation, The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwior) And The Specification Of The Terms Of The Order (Swz), Along With Any Changes Introduced In The Course Of The Procedure.4. In The Above Documents, The Ordering Party Defined The Required Quality Standards Relating To All Essential Features Of The Subject Of The Order, With The Aim Of Obtaining Construction Works Of A Quality Consistent With The Provisions Of Swz.5. The Subject Of The Order Was Described In A Way That Ensures Compliance With The Principles Of Fair Competition And Equal Treatment Of Contractors. The Ordering Party Does Not Use A Description By Indicating Trademarks, Patents, Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Could Lead To Privilege Or Elimination Of Certain Contractors Or Products. If Such Indications Appear In The Documentation Or Annexes, They Should Be Treated As Examples And Non-Binding, And The Contractor Has The Right To Use Equivalent Solutions.
