1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Three-Axle Truck Of The Type Of Garbage Truck With A Single-Chamber Body In The Form Of An Operational Lease With A Purchase Option, I.E. Paid Use Under Operational Leasing For The Agreed Leasing Installments Within A Period Of 48 Months From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol Of The Leased Object, On The Terms Specified In Detail In The General Terms And Conditions Of The Contractors Leasing, The Object Of The Lease In The Form Of A Three-Axle Truck Of The Type Of Garbage Truck With A Single-Chamber Body For Its Own Needs. 2. The Ordering Party Specifies A Detailed Technical Description Of The Subject Of The Order In The Swz (Appendix No. 4). This Description Contains Minimum Requirements, Which Means That The Contractor May Offer The Subject Of The Order With Better Technical And Functional Parameters, Provided That They Will Not Result In Higher Operating Costs.3. The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Order Ready For Use To The Ordering Partys Headquarters On Its Own And At Its Own Expense.4. The Cost Of Registering The Vehicle Will Be Included By The Contractor In The Price Of The Vehicle And Included In The Leasing Calculation For The Ordering Party.5. The Contractor Will Train The Ordering Partys Designated Staff At Its Own Expense In The Operation, Maintenance And Operation Of The Subject Of The Order. The Training Should Be Carried Out On The Day Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Contract.6. The Contractor Will Ensure That The Service Responds To Reporting A Failure Within The Warranty Period Within 2 Business Days Of Accepting The Report.7. The Contractor Will Provide Service For Both The Chassis And The Bodywork At A Distance Of No More Than 100 Km From The Ordering Partys Headquarters (I.E. Ul. Pomorska 1, 83-032 Pszczółki), Operating For No Less Than 2 Years, During Which The Ordering Party Will Perform Periodic Services And Repairs.8. The Ordering Party Allows Mobile Service, But Its Response Time Cannot Be Longer Than 72 Hours From The Moment Of Reporting The Failure.9. The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Complete Vehicle For A Minimum Period Of 24 Months From The Date Of Receipt Of The Vehicle In The Price Of The Vehicle.10. The Ordering Party Requires That The Offer Be Accompanied By Technical Documentation Of The Offered Vehicle (Photos, Drawings, Leaflets, Catalogues, Technical Opinions) Confirming The Fulfillment Of The Technical Parameters Specified In The Opz (Annex No. 7 To The Swz) And The Technical Specification Of The Vehicle (Annex No. 4 To The Swz)11. After Selecting The Most Advantageous Offer, The Selected Contractor Will Present A Template Leasing Agreement. If The Provisions Contained In The Leasing Agreement Are Inconsistent With The Provisions Of The Template Of The Delivery Agreement Constituting An Annex To The Swz, The Provisions Contained In The Agreement Constituting An Annex To The Swz Shall Prevail.12.
