The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction And Road Works As Part Of The Task: Reconstruction Of Municipal Road No. 106869B, Section From National Road No. 19 To The Borders Of The Town Of Białostoczek, Section I In Working Km. 0+028 – 0+382, Section Ii In Working Km. 0+382 – 0+666, 0+745 – 0+760 And Section Iii In Working Km. 02. The Investment Will Be Implemented On The Section From The Bus Terminus Located On National Road No. 19 To The Borders Of The Town Of Białostoczek On Plots No. 483/4, 483/3, 521/87, 521/86, 450/3, 450/5, 450/6, 450/7 Halickie Precinct, Zabłudów Commune. 1) The Road Section Located On Plots No. 483/4, 483/3, 483/1, 521/87 Is A Historic Part Of The Manor Park With An Access Avenue In The Town Of Białostoczek, Therefore Construction Works Are Subject To Conservation Protection And Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Conservator Of Monuments - Permission Of The Podlasie Conservator Of Monuments (Z-Ii.5142.11.2022.Mp Of March 24, 2022)2) The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Works While Maintaining The Existing Greenery And In Accordance With The Permit Of The Conservator Of Monuments. No Cutting Of Trees In The Road Area Is Planned. The Structure Of The Surface, Passing Areas And Exits Must Be Adapted To The Existing Trees And Their Root Zone. All Works Must Be Carried Out In A Way That Minimizes Damage To Roots And The Risk Of Trees Drying Out. 3) In The Event Of Death Or Deterioration Of The Condition Of Trees During The Implementation Of The Works Or During The Warranty Period, It Is Presumed That It Occurred In Connection With The Implementation Of The Works By The Contractor, Unless The Contractor Demonstrates The Lack Of Such A Connection. In Such A Case, The Contractor Is Obliged To Make Replacement Plantings At His Own Expense In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, With Species And Parameters Consistent With The Ordering Partys Requirements And Any Conservation Recommendations.4) The Works Will Be Carried Out Only In The Road Area. No Change In The Situational Alignment Is Expected, Only A Minimal Shift Of The Axis In Order To Better Use The Area For Road Purposes. 5) As Part Of The Works, It Is Planned To Raise The Surface Grade In Relation To The Existing Condition. 6) Designed Asphalt Concrete Road Surface And Passing Crossings: 7) The Project Envisages The Construction Of Passing Crossings On The Designed Sections I And Ii Of The Road. The Passing Crossings Are Designed To Enable Safe Passing Of Vehicles On A Section With A Limited Road Width. The Location Of The Passing Areas Was Selected Taking Into Account Visibility Conditions, Terrain And The Existing Width Of The Road. 8) The Designed Municipal Road Takes Into Account Existing And Planned Farm Exits To Adjacent Properties.
