Part 1 - Construction Of Street Lighting At Ul. Wieczysta Zagórze. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of Street Lighting, A Low-Voltage Power Grid With Poles In Zagórze, Ul. Perpetual. Scope Of Construction Works: 1) Installation Of Lighting Poles - 18 Pcs., 2) Laying The Na2xy-J Cable Line 4X35 Mm2 828/874 M, 3) Directional Drilling - Srs110 Protective Pipe, 4) Dvk110 Protective Pipe, 5) Digging Trenches For The Cable, 6) Laying The Cable Line, 7) Excavations For Foundations Poles,8)Erection Of Lv Poles,9)Connection Of Lv Cables To The Voltage,10)Backfilling Of Cable Trenches With Tamping,11)Installation Of The Rsa Disconnector On An Existing Pole,12)Earthing,13)As-Built Measurements And Tests.In The Scope Of Necessary Work, Documentation Should Also Be Prepared And Submitted To The Ordering Party, Including:1)As-Built Documentation Together With A Completed Journal Construction Site, 2) Factory And Service Documentation And Operating Instructions In Polish, 3) Suppliers Operating Instructions And Installation Recommendations, 4) Equipment Warranty Cards, 5) Contractors Warranty For Assembly And Installation Works, 6) Test And Measurement Protocols, 7) Certificates Of Approval Of Equipment For Operation Or Operation, 8) Contractors Declaration That The Works Were Carried Out In Accordance With The Design And Other Detailed Regulations, 9) Report Post-Construction Surveying. The Above Documentation Should Be Complete, Consistent With Legal Regulations And Allow For The Effective Completion Of Construction Works And The Use Of Street Lighting Facilities. Other Obligations Of The Contractor Related To The Implementation Of The Task. The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Notify The Commencement Of Construction Works, 2) Mark And Fence The Work Lane, 3) Perform Geodetic Marking Of Facilities, 4) Excavate For Pole Positions And Cable Lines, 5) Install Pole Positions And Lay Cable Lines And Backfill Them, 6) Install Booms And External Lighting Fixtures, 7) Perform Finishing Works, 8) Perform Geodetic Inventory, 9) Perform Measurements And As-Built Tests, 10) Prepare As-Built Documentation, 11) Submit All Works For Acceptance And Completion Of The Works With The Submitted As-Built Documentation. Detailed Descriptions Of The Subject Of The Order Divided Into Parts Are Described In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Design Documentation, Bills Of Quantities.
