The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Complete Design Documentation Along With Authors Supervision For The Task Titled: Preparation Of Design Documentation And Authors Supervision For The Task Entitled: Expansion Of Primary School No. 6 In Gdańsk At Ul. Lawendowe Wzgórze 52. The Order Is Divided Into Two Scopes: 1) Scope No. 1 (Within Building C) Basic, Scope Of Design Work: A) Construction Of A Sports Hall With A Usable Area Of 800 M² To 1,250 M² Along With Social Facilities (Taking Into Account The Possibility Of Using Retractable Stands), B) Construction Of At Least 3 Teaching Rooms (With A Preference For Increasing Their Number To 6, If The Development Parameters And Functional Layout Allow It), C) Execution Communication Connector Between The Designed Building And The Existing Building C, D) Designing A Video Monitoring System, E) Developing A Comprehensive Solution For The Drainage System Of Existing Buildings (Especially Within Building C), F) Developing A Land Development Project, Including Utilities, Pedestrian And Vehicular Communication And Possible Parking Spaces, G) Selecting The Facilitys Equipment With Furniture And Devices Necessary For Its Proper Functioning, Along With Determining Their Technical Parameters, Standard And Arrangement In The Designed Rooms, H) Performing An Analysis Possibilities Of Expanding The Feeding Center.2) Scope No. 2 (Within Building A) - Option, Scope Of Design Work: A) Expansion And Adaptation Of The Feeding Block To A Larger Number Of Users, Including: - Rooms In The Kitchen - New Stations For People Preparing Meals, - Rooms Intended For Students To Eat Meals, - Necessary Installations, Technological Systems And Functional Solutions.3. The Detailed Scope Of The Order And The Terms Of Implementation Were Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz. The Remaining Conditions For The Execution Of The Contract Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz.
